  • macroelements of minerals – C, Mg, K, Fe, I and others.

We also note that due to the content of solid dietary fiber and fiber, it is recommended to use the product for constipation. Regular consumption of bran for diabetes mellitus evens out the glycemic index. And, of course, the most important factor in using them is that they cause a feeling of fullness and speed up intestinal motility.

Wheat bran is an ideal resource of fiber, vitamins of the most important groups for the body, large amounts of sulfur, phosphorus, copper, zinc, iodine and a number of other useful elements. Bread in the microwave

To prepare Dukan bread in the microwave for Attack, you need the following:

  • 4 tbsp. l. oat bran;
  • two chicken eggs;
  • 2 tbsp. l. “zero” kefir;
  • 1 tsp. baking powder.

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients with a fork (do not use a blender) in a small bowl.
  2. Pour the resulting mixture into a mold (for example, a glass, cup, deep plate).
  3. Place the mold with the mixture in the microwave at maximum power for about 5-7 minutes. Take it out and cool it, bon appetit!

Bread in a slow cooker

This recipe is ideal for both the Dukan system and others.

  • 50 g psh. bran;
  • 100 g oats. bran;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 20 g baking powder;
  • 40 g cottage cheese;
  • salt to taste.

Instructions:

  1. By grinding we make flour from bran.
  2. Beat the eggs with salt, add all the other ingredients, including the resulting flour.
  3. Cook in a slow cooker for 30 minutes.
  4. Take it out and cool it.

Dukan bread in a slow cooker is ready!

Cooking in the oven (classic recipe)

  • 300 g oats. bran;
  • 300 g wheat;
  • 8 tbsp. l. dry milk;
  • 1 tsp. baking powder;
  • 1 tsp. salt;

  • 1 tbsp. l. yogurt (low-fat);
  • 4 tbsp. l. low-fat cottage cheese;
  • three chicken eggs;
  • 5 tbsp. l. water.

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water, add cottage cheese, yogurt and beat.
  2. Mix bran, baking powder, salt and milk separately.
  3. Combine both masses and mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour the resulting mixture onto a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 8-10 minutes at 200 degrees. Next, reduce the temperature to 130-140 degrees and cook for another 15-20 minutes.

According to the rules, bread according to Dukan on Attack should mostly consist of protein components, but bran is also acceptable. Remove kefir from the refrigerator in advance. Dissolve yeast and a sugar substitute tablet in it. After 10 minutes, add bran flour, baking powder, salt, seasonings, isolate. When stirring, you should get a crumbly mass. Add beaten eggs and soft curd. Transfer the dough into the mold and leave for 40 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees for about half an hour (check readiness with a toothpick).

Bran bread

This Dukan bread recipe is considered a classic. To prepare it, use a mixture of oat and wheat bran (2 tbsp and 1 tbsp, respectively). You will also need milk (3 tbsp), dry yeast (10 g) and an egg.

Mix the egg with a pinch of salt (you can add a sugar substitute). Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and combine with the egg. Leave the mixture for 10 minutes. Then add the bran mixture. Let the bread rise by transferring the dough into the pan (this will take about an hour). Bake for 45 minutes (180 degrees).

Bread without bran

Is it possible to bake Dukan bread without bran? There is such a recipe. Take 30 g of milk powder and corn starch, as well as 50 g of soft cottage cheese. You also need salt, baking powder (5 g) and an egg.

Combine soft cottage cheese and egg. Mix all dry ingredients and add to the curd mass. Mix well and leave for 15 minutes. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the bread in the form of flat cakes with a diameter of 15 cm. Cook for about 20 minutes. This bread can be filled by cutting it lengthwise into 2 parts.

Bread in the microwave

You can very well bake bread in a matter of minutes. Take 2 eggs, 4 tbsp. bran (in the form of flour) and natural yogurt (2 tbsp). To make the bread fluffy, use soda (0.5 tsp) and vinegar.

Combine eggs, salt, yogurt. Add bran and slaked soda. Line a microwave-safe saucepan with parchment and lay out the dough. Cook for 7-10 minutes (power – 800 W).

Bread in a slow cooker

Today, many housewives have such a useful device in their kitchen as a multicooker. During the diet, it makes life much easier. For example, you can bake bread with it. You will need oat bran (105 g: 30 g wheat and 75 g oat bran), a couple of eggs and 20 g soft cottage cheese or low-fat kefir.

Beat eggs with salt, add cottage cheese (kefir), baking powder (10 g), bran flour. Take silicone molds (4 pcs.) and fill them with dough (not to the top). Place the molds in the bowl. Turn on Bake for 20 minutes.

Bread in a bread machine

The good thing about a bread maker is that it easily copes with kneading dough. You will need eggs (4 pcs.), milk (100 ml) and soft cottage cheese (120 g). You also need bran (200 g), sugar substitute (2 tablets), salt (3 g), dry yeast (5 g).

Load the ingredients according to the bread machine instructions (some models add liquid ingredients first, and some add dry ingredients first). The dough kneading needs to be controlled - if the machine does not grab the components, you should help it using a spatula. Baking is carried out in the Express cycle mode (fast baking).

Bread in the oven

You can eat this bread at all stages of the diet, but during the Attack, exclude grains. You need oat and wheat bran (4 tbsp and 2 tbsp respectively). You will also need an egg, kefir (7 tbsp) and soda (0.5 tsp). Flavoring additives – flax and sesame seeds (0.5 tsp each), ground pepper, and chopped herbs.

Combine bran flour, egg, pepper, salt and herbs. Add kefir with soda dissolved in it. Let the dough sit and put it into a mold, sprinkle with grains. Bake in the oven (the process will take 20 minutes at 180 degrees).

Dukan bread turns out to be quite tasty and satisfying. If you use a sugar substitute, then such baked goods can replace buns that were safely forgotten during the diet.

People who want to lose weight or maintain a slim figure are almost certainly familiar with the Dukan diet. It is divided into several stages, the first and most severe being “Attack”. The bottom line is to eliminate sugar, excess carbohydrates, and fatty foods from your diet. The emphasis is on foods rich in protein and fiber. Regular chain bread does not comply with the nutritional principles established by Dr. Dukan. But there are people who find it difficult to follow a diet if baked goods are banned. These people will find baking recipes without sugar and flour useful. Dukan bread can be prepared in the oven, bread maker, microwave or slow cooker, so the diet he developed becomes accessible to almost everyone.

Cooking features

Baking is quite complex and has many subtleties, but even an inexperienced cook can bake bread according to Dukan. It is only important to know a few points.

  • When using bran to make bread, pay attention to its quality. If the product turns out to be counterfeit, the result obtained is unlikely to satisfy you.
  • To prepare Dukan bread, dry yeast is most often added to the dough. You can replace them with soda, quenched with vinegar or lemon juice.

  • Don't rush to put the dough in the oven, let it rise. Then the bread will be more fluffy, tasty and appetizing.
  • It is best to bake Dukan bread in silicone molds. It can be easily removed from them, even if they are not pre-lubricated with oil.

Some Dukan bread recipes may contain corn flour or starch. At the first stages of the diet, these ingredients cannot be used. Choose a recipe based on how far you've come with your Dukan weight loss journey.

Protein bread according to Dukan for “Attack”

  • oat bran – 40 g;
  • wheat bran – 30 g;
  • protein isolate – 60 g;
  • soft cottage cheese – 20 g;
  • chicken egg – 3 pcs.;
  • low-fat kefir – 100 ml;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • sweetener – 1 tablet (or to taste);
  • dry yeast – 10 g;
  • baking powder for dough – 15 g.

Cooking method:

  • Grind the bran using a blender or coffee grinder.
  • Remove kefir from the refrigerator in advance. It doesn’t hurt to warm it up slightly by placing it next to the battery or placing it in a container filled with warm water.
  • Pour yeast into kefir, stir, add sweetener, bran and stir again.
  • In a separate container, combine protein isolate, baking powder, and salt.
  • Combine both mixtures and stir. The end result will be a crumb-like mass.
  • Add whisked eggs and cottage cheese. Stir until you get a homogeneous and fairly elastic dough. Leave it for 30-40 minutes to rise.
  • Transfer the dough into the mold.
  • Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, place the mold with the dough in it.
  • Bake the bread for about 40 minutes. Its readiness should be checked with a toothpick. It will be ready only when the toothpick remains dry and there are no stuck crumbs on it.

If you are making bread while on the Alternation Diet or a subsequent stage of the Dukan Diet, you can sprinkle flax seeds before placing the dough in the oven to make the bread even more delicious.

A simple recipe for Dukan bread in a bread machine

  • oat bran – 20 g;
  • dry yeast – 5 g;
  • baking powder for dough – 5 g;
  • skim milk – 150 ml;
  • chicken egg – 2 pcs.;
  • salt, sweetener - to taste.

Cooking method:

  • Pour chopped bran, yeast, sugar substitute, baking powder and salt into the bread machine container.
  • Break the eggs and add to the dry ingredients.
  • Pour in the milk.
  • Turn on the unit in kneading mode for the time required to transform the ingredients placed in the bread machine into a homogeneous mass.
  • Activate the “Bake” program for 2 hours.

Lush, tender and healthy bread will be prepared with virtually no effort on your part.

Dukan bread in a slow cooker

  • oat bran – 40 g;

  • Break an egg into a bowl, add salt, beat with a whisk.

  • Divide the dough into silicone muffin tins and place them in the multicooker bowl.
  • Start the device by selecting the “Baking” or “Multi-cook” program. Set the timer for 25 minutes.

  • oat bran – 45 g;
  • wheat bran – 15 g;
  • unsweetened low-fat yogurt – 40 ml;
  • chicken egg – 2 pcs.;
  • soda – 3 g;
  • lemon juice – 5 ml;
  • sweetener, salt - to taste.

Cooking method:

  • Grind the bran with a blender or coffee grinder until it becomes flour.
  • Break the eggs into a bowl. Add sweetener and salt, whisk.
  • Add yogurt to the egg and beat them together.
  • Combine with bran and mix thoroughly.
  • Quench the soda with lemon juice, add to the dough, stir. Leave for 15 minutes.
  • Pour the dough into a silicone mold or other microwave-safe container. It is important that there is room to the edges as the dough will rise.
  • Place the mold in the microwave. Turn it on at maximum power for 8 minutes.

  • powdered milk – 60 g;
  • corn starch – 60 g;

Dukan bran bread can be made airy and light, similar to a real wheat, yeast loaf. To do this, take:

  • oat bran - 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • COM - 3 tablespoons;
  • corn starch - 1 spoon;
  • 2 eggs;
  • milk – 100 ml;
