Now let's prepare the dressing. To do this, grind the boiled chicken egg yolks with mustard, add lemon juice, mix, and then slowly add vegetable oil. It should be about 80 ml. Add salt and pepper to the dressing to taste and press the garlic through a press. Mix everything well. On a large flat dish, place lettuce leaves, chicken, diced tomatoes and quail eggs, cut into slices. Pour dressing on top with cheese, eggs and tomatoes, lay out croutons and cover it all with cheese.

  • 500 g Romaine lettuce
  • Lemon juice
  • 150 g olive oil
  • mayonnaise
  • Salt, pepper

To prepare the salad itself, start with croutons. To do this, chop 2 cloves of garlic, pour olive oil over them and leave for half an hour.

Peel the loaf from the crust, cut the pulp into small cubes, place the chopped pieces in a frying pan and pour in the garlic and butter sauce prepared in advance. Fry the bread pieces until tender for 10-15 minutes over medium heat.

Cut ready-made smoked chicken fillet. Divide the cheese into two halves: grate the first on a fine grater, and finely chop the other yourself.
