500 g cottage cheese;
250 ml kefir;
125 ml vegetable oil;
30 g sugar;
11 g dry yeast;
5 g salt;
750 g flour.

Baking method:

1. Sift the flour through a sieve and mix with dry yeast. Combine the remaining ingredients together and heat the resulting rare mixture a little in a steam bath, then pour into the flour and knead into a smooth dough;
2. Let the dough stand in a warm place for 10 minutes, then form buns from it and bake them until golden brown crust in the oven at 190 degrees. 500 g cottage cheese;
4 eggs;
180 g sugar;
20 g vanilla sugar;
30 g baking powder;

500 g cottage cheese;
100 g butter;
3 eggs;
130 g granulated sugar;
15 g baking powder;
4 g salt;
500 g flour;
100 g raisins.

Cooking technology:
