Ingredients:

For minced meat:

  • chicken fillet – 1 kg;
  • egg – 3 pcs.;
  • breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • spices.

For filling:

  • fresh herbs – 50 g;
  • egg – 4 pcs.;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • cheese – 200 g;
  • spices;
  • vegetable oil.

Preparation

So, grind through a meat grinder, season with spices, add eggs, and mix the mass well. After this, we leave it to stand for 30 minutes, and we move on to preparing the filling. Peel the onion, chop it and fry it in a small amount of oil. Boil the eggs hard, peel and chop into cubes.

Mix all the filling ingredients in a bowl and add salt to taste. Now take a piece of baking paper, grease it with butter, spread the minced meat in an even layer and carefully spread the egg filling over it. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and press lightly. Roll up the roll, carefully lifting the paper on one side, place it on a baking sheet, seam side down, pierce several holes with a knife and bake the roll with minced chicken in a preheated oven until cooked.

Minced chicken roll with mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • minced chicken – 500 g;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • bell pepper – 1 pc.;
  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • fresh mushrooms – 300 g;
  • breadcrumbs;
  • spices;
  • vegetable oil.

Preparation

We wash the mushrooms, process them and chop them finely. We clean the onion and chop it into half rings. Wash the bell pepper, dry it, remove the seeds and cut into long strips. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add mushrooms and onions, sauté until golden brown. Then add the bell pepper and, stirring, fry the vegetables until soft.

Place the minced chicken in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, mix well and place on a table lined with cling foil. Using a wet rolling pin, roll out the minced meat into a thin flat cake, place the roast evenly on top, carefully lift the edge of the foil and form a tight roll.

In a small bowl, lightly beat the egg with a fork, brush the roll with this mixture and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Wrap it in foil, place it on a baking sheet and bake until done in the oven for about 30 minutes. Before serving, cut the roll into small portions, place on a beautiful dish, and decorate with fresh vegetables and sprigs of herbs.

Minced chicken roll in the oven

Ingredients:

  • chicken breasts – 3 pcs.;
  • green beans – 150 g;
  • bell pepper – 0.5 pcs.;
  • cheese – 50 g;
  • spices;
  • onion – 0.5 pcs.

A minced chicken roll with vegetable filling turns out deliciously tasty and juicy. See for yourself by following the recipe below. So, first let's prepare chicken breast fillets, onions, green beans, sweet peppers, spices and cheese. Divide the breasts into two parts: from one we prepare minced meat with the addition of onion, salt and spices. And leave the other part whole and sprinkle with spices. We process the pepper, remove the seeds and chop into strips.

Now spread the minced chicken in an even layer on the foil, in the middle place the filling of green beans, sweet pepper, grated cheese and the second fillet with spices.   • Chicken fillet – 700 grams;
  • Bell pepper – 1 piece;
  • Smoked meat – 100 grams;
  • Cheese – 100 grams;
  • Flour, cream - one tablespoon each;
  • Egg – 2 pieces;
  • Ketchup – 2 tablespoons;
  • Salt, pepper mixture - to taste;
  • Dill – 1 small bunch;
  • Butter – 10-20 grams.

Preparation

First, we will prepare the minced meat for the rolls, and then we will start filling. First of all, cut the fillet into pieces and send it to a blender or meat grinder for grinding.

Now that the meat has been chopped, we prepare a mixture that will make it tender and juicy. For this we need very few ingredients. We will take one egg and combine it with flour and cream.

If you don't have cream, you can add a couple of tablespoons of full-fat milk.

Add salt and a mixture of peppers, then mix everything.

Pour the finished mixture into the chopped meat.

Mix well. The minced meat is ready. Set it aside for now and let it brew.

Mix the filling. It turns out very bright and aromatic, I just want to try it. But don’t get carried away, we’ll need it for the roll.

Now let's start forming our rolls. For this we need a small piece of cling film. If you don't have film, use a regular plastic bag. We cut the package at the seams and unfold it. We moisten it just a little with water. Take a third of the minced meat, place it on the bag and level it out. Place a third of the filling on it.

Using film we form a dish.

Grease the form in which we will bake. Place the roll seam side down. We form a few more and also put them in the mold.

One last step left. Break the egg and stir it. Take a brush and grease the rolls.

So, to make a delicious white poultry snack, we need the following:

  • poultry breast - approximately 800 g;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • fresh mushrooms - 300 g;
  • sunflower oil - optional;
  • sour cream - 1 glass;
  • parsley, fresh dill - a large bunch;
  • various spices - use at your discretion;
  • hard cheese (grated) - about 160 g;
  • mayonnaise is not very fatty - to taste.

Component Processing

To prepare chicken roll, the bird breasts are thoroughly washed, skinned and boned, and then cut so that you get a single large layer. If desired, you can lightly beat it with a culinary hammer.

After salting and peppering the meat, it is left aside for a while. In the meantime, start preparing the filling. To do this, take fresh champignons and wash them thoroughly. Then the mushrooms, along with the onions, are cut into small cubes and placed in a frying pan with sunflower oil. The ingredients are fried until they become soft and golden brown. At the very end they are salted and peppered.

Recipe No. 1

It will take very little time to prepare such a roll. And the products that are included in it are accessible and inexpensive.

To begin, we will fry two hundred grams of washed and chopped fresh mushrooms in sunflower oil, as well as one diced onion. During the frying process, add sweet pepper chopped into thin strips and salt everything to taste.

Did you remember to buy half a kilogram of minced chicken? If yes, then great, because without it we will no longer be able to prepare our roll. Salt and pepper the minced meat to taste, then roll it out on foil to make a flat cake. We put our roast in its center and add two tablespoons of peas - this is not for everybody, so you can do without it. Now roll the minced meat into a roll, while lifting the foil. We moisten our dish with beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs, after which we wrap the roll in foil again and bake in the oven until cooked. A few minutes before the end of cooking, unwrap the foil to brown the roll.

Prepare chicken roll with egg. To do this, you need to peel the garlic and onions, then grind them in a meat grinder. Mix the resulting mass with half a kilogram of minced chicken, salt and pepper to taste. Next, beat one egg into the mixture and stir everything again. Four more chicken eggs need to be boiled and peeled, and then finely chopped. Also finely chop the parsley and mix with boiled eggs.

Now you need to put the minced meat on foil, then spread the egg filling on top. We form a meatloaf and place it on a baking sheet - it needs to be greased with sunflower oil. In an oven preheated to two hundred degrees, bake the minced chicken roll until cooked - this will take half an hour.

Recipe No. 3

Thanks to this recipe, your table will have a fragrant dish with wonderful taste - chicken roll, for which we will not use purchased minced meat, but prepared it ourselves.

So, in order to prepare minced meat, we need chicken meat. We twist it through a meat grinder - this way the juice will be preserved. Add salt and pepper to taste; in addition, it would not hurt to add ground coriander.

It is very important that the meat does not fall apart and holds well, so you should beat it thoroughly until you obtain a homogeneous consistency.

Now cut the carrots and bell peppers into small strips. Next, prepare the foil - its size should be twice the size of the roll itself. After greasing the foil with sunflower oil, spread breadcrumbs and grated celery on it.

Roll the minced meat into a roll so that its thickness does not exceed one centimeter. Wrap the roll in foil and twist it on the sides.

Preheat the oven to two hundred and ten degrees. Now you can send our delicacy to bake for forty minutes. This roll can be prepared in an air fryer in the same way.

Recipe No. 4

Chicken roll with herbs turns out very tasty. It's quite simple to prepare. To do this, you need to wash fifty grams of parsley and half a kilogram of spinach, and the parsley is chopped, and the spinach remains in its original form. Add salt to taste, one hundred grams of cream or sour cream, and two tablespoons of semolina to a kilogram of minced chicken. Then mix it all well and distribute it in an even layer on a sheet of foil greased with sunflower oil. We evenly place spinach leaves and parsley on the minced meat, then pour sour cream over everything, roll it up and wrap it in foil. Next, heat the oven and bake our dish. It turns out very tasty.

There are a huge number of delicious chicken dishes. This meat can be boiled, fried, baked, or grilled. For the holiday table, you should try cooking chicken roll in the oven. The dish baked in this way turns out to be unusually juicy, tender and aromatic.

This recipe can be served both as an appetizer and as a main dish. It is prepared from the following products: large chicken fillet, 2 selected chicken eggs, salt, and any spices.

  1. The meat fillet is carefully cut in the middle, not all the way through, and placed on a baking sheet covered with oiled foil. To make the chicken more tender, you can first beat it lightly with a special hammer.
  2. The top of the workpiece is sprinkled with salt and any selected aromatic herbs.

The filling for the dish under discussion can be endlessly improved. For example, instead of eggs, add a combination of hard (60 g) and processed (80 g) cheese. Will also be used: chicken breast, 2 large spoons of mayonnaise, salt, granulated garlic.

  1. The breast is cut in the middle, laid out on two sides and beaten. The meat is salted and sprinkled with garlic.
  2. Cream cheese mashed with a fork and mixed with mayonnaise is laid out on top.
  3. The filling is distributed over the fillet and the chicken is rolled up.
  4. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, then sprinkle with hard cheese and return for another 5-7 minutes.

Serve hot chicken roll with cheese.

Baking recipe in foil

For this version of the treat, you don’t need to skimp on seasonings. Take a pinch of oregano, dried basil and thyme, which will improve the taste. And from the main products: 800 g of fillet, a couple of spoons of sour cream, salt, 4 garlic cloves.

  1. The meat is washed, dried and cut into thin strips.
  2. The resulting pieces are laid out on two layers of foil. The fillet strips are laid overlapping each other to create a piece with no gaps between them.
  3. The meat is salted, sprinkled with spices and finely chopped garlic.
  4. A thick roll is formed, smeared with sour cream and wrapped in foil. Bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven.

You can put the finished roll in foil under a press for a couple of hours so that it takes on a beautiful shape.

Chicken rolls with mushrooms

This is the perfect hot dish for the holiday table. It is prepared from the following products: 2 small fillets, 170 g of fresh champignons, 1 pc. carrots and onions, 60 g cheese (hard), salt, seasoning for chicken.

  1. The fillet is washed, beaten through cling film, dried well with a paper towel, after which it is cut in the middle and laid out.
  2. The resulting preparations are salted and sprinkled with seasoning.
  3. Mushrooms, onions and carrots are finely chopped, after which they are fried together in any fat for 7-10 minutes. You can salt these ingredients.
  4. The mushroom filling is laid out on meat preparations and sprinkled with grated cheese. The fillet is rolled into rolls. For strength, you can tighten them with threads.
  5. First, chicken rolls with mushrooms are fried in a frying pan for a couple of minutes with the oil left over from the vegetables, and then transferred to a mold and baked in a hot oven for 20 minutes.

Served with mashed potatoes.

How to cook with gelatin?

For this version of the roll, you can use any part of the chicken. You need to take about 900 g of meat. You will also need to prepare: ½ tbsp. low-fat kefir, 20 g instant gelatin, salt, 3 garlic cloves, Italian herbs.

  1. The meat is cut from the bones, salted, poured with kefir and left to marinate for half an hour.
  2. The chicken is laid out in one layer on cling film spread on the table, sprinkled with seasonings, finely chopped garlic and dry gelatin. The latter must be very carefully distributed over the entire surface of the base.
  3. The meat is rolled up. The film should not get inside it.
  4. The roll is wrapped on top with two layers of foil.
  5. The treat is cooked in a hot oven for about an hour.

To ensure that the gelatin hardens well, the finished, cooled snack is placed in the cold for 2-3 hours.

Chicken fillet in bacon

The bacon strips in this dish are used to keep all the delicious meat juices inside the treat and prevent it from leaking out. The product can be smoked or dried (220 g). And, in addition to bacon, the following will be used: 750 g of chicken fillet, 170 g of cottage cheese, sweet bell pepper, salt, Italian herbs.

  1. The fillet is cut into wide thin pieces, beaten, salted and sprinkled with seasonings. Each slice is topped with curd cheese and small cubes of bell pepper. To taste, you can add chopped herbs here.
  2. The fillet pieces are rolled into rolls. They are topped with strips of bacon. To prevent the pieces from falling apart during baking, they must be placed very tightly in the mold.
  3. The rolls are baked for half an hour in a very hot oven.

If the oven has a grill, you can turn it on 5-7 minutes before the dish is ready.

With prunes in the oven

Dried fruit will not add sweetness to the dish; it will only make the taste of the meat brighter and more unusual. Takes: 11 pcs. prunes, 610 g chicken fillet, large egg, 90 g low-fat sour cream, salt and garlic to taste.

  1. The meat pulp is beaten well with a hammer and laid out on the table.
  2. Dried fruits are soaked in boiling water.
  3. The fillet is salted and coated with chopped garlic.
  4. The soaked prunes are finely chopped and placed on top of the meat.
  5. For the sauce, sour cream is mixed with egg and salt.
  6. The chicken meat is rolled into a roll and secured with toothpicks. The top of the workpiece is coated with sour cream and egg mixture.
  7. In the oven on an oiled baking sheet, the treat is cooked for 35 minutes.

The most convenient way to prepare is not a large roll, but many small portions.

Minced chicken roll with tomatoes

Not only hammered fillets are suitable for making chicken roll. You can also use minced meat (470 g) for this. You also need to prepare: 190 g of any hard cheese, 2 large eggs, 2 tomatoes, mayonnaise, salt.

  1. The minced meat is mixed with salt and lightly beaten eggs. You can sprinkle the mixture with your favorite spices.
  2. For the filling, mix grated cheese with mayonnaise.
  3. The minced meat is spread in a thin layer on cling film, greased with cheese mixture and covered with tomato slices. The workpiece is wrapped and sent to a very hot oven for an hour.

A few minutes before it’s ready, you can unroll the roll and sprinkle additional cheese on top.

With the addition of pineapples

It is more convenient to roll small portioned rolls with this filling. They are prepared from: 700 g of chicken (fillet), 90 g of canned pineapple, 120 g of hard cheese, salt, a large spoon of mustard.

  1. If the chicken was frozen, it must first thaw at room temperature. Next, the breasts are cut in half along the grain.
  2. Flat pieces of meat are beaten and salted to taste.
  3. Each piece is lightly coated with mustard.
  4. Grated cheese and pineapple cubes without syrup are placed on top of the chicken.
  5. The blanks are wrapped in tight rolls and tied with thread.
  6. In an oiled baking dish, the treat is baked for 24-35 minutes. It is important not to dry out the tender meat.

Before serving the dish, the threads are cut with sharp scissors.

Dietary step-by-step recipe

Treats prepared according to this recipe can be eaten even during a strict diet. In addition to meat (550 g), take: 2 large tomatoes, salt, a pinch of a mixture of peppers, a bunch of fresh herbs.

  1. The fillet is cut into slices, beaten, and salted.
  2. Thin slices of tomatoes are placed on top of the meat.
  3. The greens are finely chopped and poured onto the tomatoes.
  4. All that remains is to wrap the meat in rolls, secure with toothpicks and bake in a hot oven.

To reduce calorie content, you can steam the chicken.

In creamy sauce

The main feature of the dish is the aromatic, delicate gravy in which the meat is simmered. The recipe includes: 3 chicken fillets, 130 g of hard cheese, 2-3 cloves of garlic, 230 g of low-fat sour cream, a couple of small spoons of mustard, salt, a pinch of aromatic herbs.

  1. The fillet is cut in half and beats well.
  2. Sour cream is salted and mixed with chopped garlic and mustard.
  3. The fillet is rubbed with the resulting sauce.
  4. Pieces of cheese are placed on top of the meat. The blanks are wrapped in rolls.
  5. Bring the cream to a boil in a saucepan and add salt. Grated cheese is added to the mixture. When it melts, the sauce is ready.
  6. The rolls are laid out in a baking dish, filled with creamy mixture and placed in a hot oven for 45 minutes.

Place the finished meat on lettuce leaves with cherry tomatoes.
