Meditative portal is the way to yourself. A very powerful meditation technique - the path to yourself

The path to yourself often lies through meditation. But what is meditation, what is this state? Before giving an answer, discard everything you knew about it, for meditation is either a body of knowledge in the first place. Meditation is your unique experience of an altered state of consciousness, the experience of going beyond the boundaries of the mind, the boundaries that we set for ourselves in order to make our lives more orderly, more systematized and more meager.

Unique meditation the path to yourself video online

Meditation does not belong to the category of things, elements or events that you could add to yourself, take into yourself. Having started the practice, at a certain moment you find yourself in meditation, in the boundless space of the inner world, where there are no barriers, no restrictions, no fear, where you can find the path to yourself and to success and take it from the subtle mental world to the material world.

The art of relaxation and concentration, the art of internal dialogue - this is what meditation is, and it is hidden within you. Modern man, having become a slave to his mind, has forgotten about true freedom. He believed that his thoughts were himself. Educational interactive film meditation the way to yourself this idea clearly confirms. To free yourself from the clutches of a limited mind, you first need to see your mind, which is always masked behind untrue thoughts, desires, and intentions. You need to learn to observe it, the connecting threads of the mind and emotions, as well as control the interdependence of the body and mind, the body’s reactions to stimuli, and your actions in various mental states. On the meditation website, you will find the way to yourself by following the signs that masters of meditative practices give you for free online.

How to achieve business success - this question is relevant today for a considerable number of “active users” of business. Success in business depends to a large extent on how well its subtle component is known, in other words, the metaphysics of business.

Do you notice in what mood you move from sleep at night to wakefulness? If you observe yourself in the first moments after awakening, you will record a special state of consciousness that is very plastic and receptive. This period of time is very suitable for programming and managing your reality, in other words, this is your time to create your reality.

There is probably no practitioner who has not encountered such an obstacle as internal dialogue, which is the chaotic movement of thoughts in our head. Even the sages of antiquity noticed that our thoughts are like cunning, agile monkeys that do not allow our attention to concentrate on the main thing. Thoughts involve us in the process of digesting ourselves and... dominate us. But, nevertheless, there are ways to tame them.

We should realize that our thoughts are the seeds of future events. If we do not control our thought process, then we continually allow negative thoughts into our consciousness. But they influence not only our lives - the field of thoughts is universal.

There is a wonderful charge of positive thinking from Dale Carnegie.
It is recommended to start the morning with leisurely reading. And, of course, by observing what is written.

It is today that happiness will befall me. Happiness lies within us; it is not the result of external circumstances. That's why a person is happy...

You need to believe in your telepathic abilities, take it calmly, not analyze anything, be in a relaxed state and allow your telepathic perception to develop. At first the images will be vague, indistinct, incomprehensible, but with experience...

The true source of joy and happiness is awareness of your existence in the present moment. The source of pleasure is always within, even if it is caused by external events or acquisitions.

Below is a technique that will help you answer your question, who am I, or rather, who are you not. Return to it more often when it seems to you that not everything is in order in your life..

What is meditation?

Deep meditation is the simple process of observing your own mind. Without fighting the mind or trying to control it, just staying there as a witness who has no choice. Whatever happens, you simply observe it without prejudice for or against. You don't give names: it shouldn't come to my mind, it's a terrible thought, but this is a very beautiful and virtuous thought. You shouldn't judge. You must remain non-judgmental. Because the moment you judge, you lose meditation. You are identified. You become a friend or an enemy. You create relationships. Meditation means staying out of relationship with your mental process. Completely outside the relationship, unperturbed, calm, observing everything that happens. And then a miracle happens: little by little we realize that there are fewer and fewer thoughts. The more alert you are, the fewer thoughts come, the less alert you are, the more thoughts come. It is as if the flow of movement depends on your awareness. When you are fully aware, even for a short moment, all thinking stops. Suddenly there is an unexpected stop. And the road is clear, there is no more traffic. This moment is meditation.

Gradually these moments will come more and more often. These empty spaces will come back again and again and remain for a longer time. And you will be able to enter these empty spaces easily, effortlessly. This way, every time you want to enter, you can move into those empty spaces effortlessly. They are refreshing, rejuvenating, and they make you aware of who you are. Freed from the mind, you are freed from all ideas about yourself. Now you can see who you are without any prejudice. And to know ourselves is to know everything that is worth knowing. And to miss knowing ourselves is to miss everything. A man can know everything in the world, but if he does not know himself, he is completely ignorant, he is just a walking Encyclopedia Britannica.

Freedom without awareness is just an empty idea; it contains nothing. A person cannot be truly free without being aware. In this case, your subconscious takes over you. Your subconscious is pulling your strings. You may think, you may believe that you are free, but you are not free, you are simply a victim of natural forces, blind forces.

So there are two types of people. The majority follows tradition, society, and the state. Orthodox people, traditionalists, conformists, they follow the crowd. They are not free. And then there are a few rebellious souls. They are outside society, bohemians, artists, painters, musicians, poets; they feel like they are living freely. But that's just what they think. Only by protesting against traditions you do not become free. You are still under the rule of natural instincts. You are obsessed with lust, greed, ambition. And you are not a master of these things. You are their slave. Therefore, I say that freedom is possible only through awareness. Until you transform your unawareness into awareness, freedom will not happen.

And only a few succeeded in this: Jesus, Lao Tzu, Zarathustra, Buddha. There are only a few people who can be counted on one hand. They truly lived free because they lived consciously. This should be the job of every seeker: to create more and more awareness. Then freedom will come by itself. Freedom is the scent of the flower of awareness.

The Art of True Spiritual Meditation

Meditation for the soul should be a joyful act, it should be a song. It should not be done as a duty, it should be pleasure, entertainment, play. If you make meditation a chore, you are missing the most important thing. It doesn't happen to you. It can only happen when you are in a carefree, non-serious mood. Seriousness is heavy, and everything that is heavy weighs you down. You should be as frivolous as a child playing on the seashore, collecting shells, colorful pebbles, running back and forth as part of the wind, sea, sand and sun. When this lightness is present, you have wings and you can fly high. Spiritual meditation means moving your energies upward.

It was then that you learned the art of meditation.

Osho: The Imprisoned Splendor, Chapter 14 (Diary)

I don't want you to be serious; I'm so against seriousness. This is a spiritual illness. Laughter is spiritual health, laughter makes you feel better. When you laugh, you can leave the mind aside very easily. For a person who cannot laugh, the door to Buddha is closed. For me, laughter is one of the most important values. No religion has ever thought about this. Religions have always insisted on seriousness, and because of their efforts the whole world is psychologically sick.

Osho: The Language of Existence #5

What do all these different "paths" mean, such as Yoga, Tantra, Devotion, etc.?

All methods that lead a person to realization are essentially awareness. Minor components may vary.

I talked about yoga, tantra, Hasidism, Tao, Zen, all the possible methods that humanity has used. I wanted you to know about all the ways in which man has tried to achieve the truth that gives liberation; however, all of these methods have awareness at their core.

That's why now I'm only talking about awareness.

Whatever you do, whatever method you practice, there is no difference. These are all just different names given by different people at different times - but they all practiced awareness.

Essentially, only awareness can lead you to your ultimate goal. In fact, there are no different paths - there are only different names for one path, and that path is awareness.

Osho, “Osho Upanishads”, chapter 13

Meditation is the path to health Everyone wants to find peace, clarity of mind and health, but in our crazy pace of life this seems completely impossible. However, there are people who succeed in this - they perfectly combine their work and spiritual development. How do they do this? Through meditation. Our time has turned us into robots. We wake up - have breakfast - go or go to work - work - walk or go home - have dinner - go about our business for several hours - go to bed. We even return home like robots: at exactly 18:15 we go to the bus stop, at 18:20 the shuttle bus arrives, we drive around the city without even seeing the city - we fly somewhere in the clouds, we get lost somewhere in our thoughts , in our past or in our dreams of the future, we scroll through the picture of the entire working day, we think about our wife, husband, children, what we need to buy tomorrow, what to watch on TV, where to buy cheaper, what to do on the weekend , what to give a friend for his birthday in two months, etc. - and suddenly we are already near our entrance, near our house. How did we get here? What did we see on the street, on the bus, in the subway between work and home? But we don't think about it. We are like robots, like a program in a computer that performs the same tasks intended by the programmer and creator. This rhythm tires us. We have 10 meetings a day, hundreds of papers and thousands of thoughts. We come home and we barely have the strength to eat. We consciously or unconsciously strive for peace and quiet. We all acquire this calmness and habit of contemplation in our own way (read the article on proper relaxation) - from an old woman with knitting needles in her hands sitting by the stove, to a fisherman spending a summer evening on the river, forgetting about time. When our attention is completely absorbed in something, the psyche is silent; When we manage to focus on one subject, the endless internal chatter ceases. In fact, the feeling of satisfaction that we experience when our attention is occupied with something does not come from the activity itself, but from the fact that our worries and problems are forgotten. But these activities can only give us a short respite while we are absorbed in them. As soon as we are distracted, our consciousness returns to the usual routine of aimless wandering - losing its energy thinking about the past or dreaming about the future, constantly retreating from solving pressing problems. Remember!!! To achieve a state of longer lasting satisfaction, you need to train your consciousness! But one question arises: How? And there is only one answer: Meditate! Nowadays we hear this word more and more often from different people. It's becoming popular. More and more people are trying to meditate. People are trying to allocate more and more of their time to meditation. And this is not surprising. Meditation is a way out, it is a way to gain health! What is meditation? Meditation is a mental activity through which continuous observation of consciousness is carried out. This means that consciousness focuses on one object, pacifying the psyche in order to perceive Itself. By stopping the waves of thoughts, you come to understand your true nature and discover wisdom and peace within yourself. This is what OSHO says about meditation: Meditation is not against action. It doesn't require you to run for your life. It only teaches a new way of life - how to remain the center of the cyclone. Your life moves on, and it becomes more intense, more joyful, clear, creative, and yet you stand on the sidelines, you are just an observer on a hill who sees everything around. You are no longer a doer, you are an observer. With constant practice in meditation, you can increase your willpower; your thinking will become clearer and more focused, influencing everything you do. You will begin to notice that external circumstances influence you less. Whether you've had a tough week at work or a happy day out on the town, your mood remains the same because you are becoming stronger inside. You find security in knowing that in the midst of all the changes that are the essence of life, you can remain constant and confident. Through meditation you can cure many mental and physical illnesses, your fears, apathies, and phobias will disappear. You will become livelier, fresher, newer, you will feel extraordinary confidence in yourself and your strengths, you will be surprised at what happens to you - you will change, and change for the better! However, you should not flatter yourself with hopes that meditation is so simple... As Swami Vishnu-devananda wrote: Meditation is not easy. The beautiful tree grows slowly. You need to wait for its flowering, the ripeness of its fruits and their taste. Flowering in meditation is a calmness that permeates the entire being. Its fruit... defies description. Meditate! After all, this is the path to physical, mental and emotional health. No one will do this except you.
