Technical conditions for water supply are considered in detail, samples of letters for different types of connection to water supply (external and internal) are presented. All necessary documents accompanying the letter are painted.

It is mandatory to draw up technical documentation for sewerage and water supply networks and obtain technical conditions for water supply during the reconstruction and construction of new facilities.

For connection to the sewerage and water supply network, MGUP Mosvodokanal gives technical specifications in accordance with Decree No. 83 of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 13, 2006, which refers to the approval of the rules for submitting and determining the conditions for connecting a capital construction object to a network of general engineering and technical support. Thus, in accordance with this decision, those. conditions for connection to the sewerage and water supply network can be issued to the owner of the land plot (customer) or to the self-government body.

Connection to an external water supply network

Below are the technical conditions for water supply, a sample letter for connecting the population from an external network.

1. An agreed decision of the Executive Committee, which informs about the allocation of a plot of land for an object, a state act (if any) on the land itself;


2. General plan (urban planning justification) or documentation for the allotment of a plot of land, agreed with the city water utility. The documentation must be presented on a topographic survey with the indicated boundaries of the allotted territory and the explication of all structures and buildings in the 1:500 format. The documentation must have a certified signature and seal of the design organization in two copies;

3. For cafes, pavilions and other objects of small architectural forms, it is required to provide a passport from the KP "Management of the General Plan of the City". It is also necessary to provide the protocol of the technical council of the Heads of the CAA with its approval;



4. Topographic survey in M ​​1:5000 format, on which the boundaries of the territory are indicated in two copies;


5. Questionnaire, technical conditions for water supply and full calculation for sewerage and water supply, certified by the signature of the design institute and the signature of the customer;


6. The act of choosing a plot of land for the projected object;


7. Technical passport for the building indicating the boundaries of the territory (if any);


8. Purchase and sale agreement (lease agreement), if any;


9. If the connection is made from a departmental network, and not from the city water utility network, it is required to provide permission in writing from the owner of the networks, which indicates the pipe diameters and connection points in the M 1: 5000 format or in the working design documentation;

10. In the case when a cesspool is provided, it is required to provide permission in writing from the GorSES for its device;


11. Enterprises with production and workshops are required to provide the composition of wastewater and its concentration, which will be discharged into the city sewer;

Connection to the internal water supply network

Additionally, the letter must be accompanied by:

1. A copy in M ​​1:5000 format, which indicates the placement of the object in two copies;


2. Shooting in the M 1:5000 format, which indicates the placement of the object in two copies. Shooting should be taken in urban architecture;


3. If it is planned to attach an additional entrance or extension to a residential building, then it is required to provide a master plan, which was developed by a design institute for arranging the entrance and landscaping near the adjacent territory. It must be made on the shooting in the M 1:5000 format. There must be a signature of the design organization;


4. If there is a redevelopment or there is a project for the premises, completed after the redevelopment, then technical support is required from the BTI. premises passport;


5. Written permission from the housing office (ZHEO district) to connect from the internal sewerage and water supply network;


6. Questionnaire, obtaining technical conditions for water supply, full calculation for water supply and sewerage;


7. The signature of the design organization and the signature of the customer is required;


8. Purchase and sale agreement (lease agreement);


9. Certificate of individual entrepreneur or private entrepreneur on state registration;


10. Certificate of full payment of the single tax or certificate of payment of VAT.

What should contain the request of the owner of the site

The request of the right holder of the site (or self-government body) for the provision of information (or technical conditions) on payment for the connection of the capital construction object to engineering networks must contain:

• postal address, location and name of the person to whom the request was sent;


• for the owner of a plot of land, title certified documents are required;


• copies of the necessary constituent documents, notarized;


• documents that confirm the authority of the person who signed this request;


• data on the boundary of the land plot on which the construction of the structure will be carried out, or on which the object for reconstruction is located;


• data on permission to use the land plot;


• data on the parameters of permitted reconstruction or permitted construction, which correspond to this piece of land;


• the required types of resources to be obtained from the general engineering network;


• the planned date of putting the facility into operation (if relevant information is available);


• the planned value of the required connected load (if relevant information is available).
