Important! A new look at nutrition. Any diseases go away

Evgeny Eremin

Volodya recalls:

From Zhenya - E. N. Eremin, Adochka's husband - at one time there was no news from the front for a long time. In the house, although they did not seem to talk about it, they understood. In any case, even I, a five-year-old boy, understood: something is not very good with E. N., rather even bad!

They didn't talk about it, but ... And only the father - brilliant! - about this "spoke". Some newspaper came where the gene was awarded. army Eremenko! Father - and I was with him, doing something “together” - cut out and pasted what is being awarded to Yeremin Y. And he presented it, was not afraid! Now it is clear to me how fantastically difficult it was to decide on this, if you think about it. If you imagine that Zhenya is not there or that he is wounded! But you never know what.

Two days after “our” newspaper - and everything was pasted right in the newspaper - a letter came from Zhenya!

Here is this long-awaited letter from the front:

My dear! Taking the first opportunity, I write to you, loving more than ever. He is alive and well, which is the main thing, although considerable trials have fallen to our lot. A serious task was set before our unit, and we experienced a number of frantic German counterattacks. There were aviation, mortars, and tanks, in a word, all degrees of "sabantui".

On occasion, I will write about other types of this "holiday". Now the tension has eased considerably. I don’t know for how long. In spite of everything, I am confident in the imminent end of the war and the upcoming happy date. Hello to all. I kiss you warmly.

Your Zhenya.

At the front - he was drafted on August 9, 1941 - Yevgeny Nikolaevich Eremin kept a diary, for which he was supposed to be shot under the laws of wartime. It starts like this:

In the event of my death, I earnestly ask you to give this diary to my wife Tsentsiper Ade Borisovna. At the address: Kazan, 18, settlement, 7, apt. 3.

I met the New Year in a train carriage that was transferring our unit from the approaches to Moscow to the Ostashkov area, Lake Seliger, and the upper Volga. The general role of the unit is not entirely clear. We occupy the villages abandoned by the Germans. On the road every now and then come across the twisted numb corpses of fascist youths, the snow next to them, our snow-white virgin Russian snow, filled with the purest blackened Aryan blood. More, more of her! So that all the snow turns from white to red ...

... Another thing is more important, the fact that the evil spirits retreat and perish, sawed through the wide expanses of our immense and harsh for the invaders, dear Motherland. I have not yet seen a living German, and there are many corpses, but you cannot talk to a corpse. I would like to ask: “Wie geht es mit Blietzkrieg” or say: “Nun, mein liebe Hans, das Lebensspiel ist zu Ende” - that's all. What would he answer?

Impression from conversations with the population: "It does not hurt very much (the patience of the Russian people is great!), I took away all the chickens, almost all the cows, new or just suitable seeds."

Part ahead. Today we need to catch up. We'll have to run almost running through the frost. The state of health is unimportant. Something with a heart. You get wet quickly on the march. The cough hurts. But nothing.

28.1.42 - Velikiye Luki region

Their position is apparently very difficult. Ours are pressing, the weather is pressing, and the rear is pressing them too. As for us, it seems to me that the war must be ended before the end of winter.

Through my sleep I heard today the report of the Information Bureau - very modest. “Our troops fought ...” Today it seems that the war will not end soon.

21.02.42

If I'm not mistaken, today is Adochka's birthday. If so, then exactly 3 years ago I kissed her for the first time. Concert at the House of Scientists. Night. Nikitsky Boulevard. Bench covered with snow. And now a heavy battery is hitting us. The dugout trembles and groans.

... I decided that the artillery preparation for the attack on Luke had begun, but then everything fell silent. Apparently, just a fire raid to create a cozy sleep for the enemy.

I did not sleep all night, and my staff comrades slept, in spite of the firing, snoring into all the nasal wraps and desperately gasping. The atmosphere was such that I had to introduce a new physical unit to characterize it. I will define it here so that it does not disappear for posterity. So, “bzdina” is taken as the unit of saturation of the atmosphere with intestinal gases, that is, such saturation at which an ax weighing 1 kg hangs at a height of 1 m for 1 hour.

During one night, he wrote a letter to Adke, in which he refrained from presenting his scientific works, and scolded for the complete absence of letters, and warned about the upcoming change of address.

23.3.42 - Pulovo

Yesterday I received a letter from my mother with a whole bunch of extremely difficult and unpleasant news. Brother Nikolai was killed and buried in a mass grave somewhere near Moscow. The father was sick with pneumonia (croupous). The damned nemchura has done something. How much blood, how much suffering. And when will this damn war end? When will we be able to exterminate all of them on our territory to one?

… We are preparing a worthy meeting for the enemy, digging deeper and deeper into the ground. But there is a fighting spirit - I heard, I don’t know if it’s true, the Fritzes call our brigade the “Death Brigade” and are very afraid of it. Suddenly I remembered what Adka liked very much:

The clouds are floating, the snow is crying,

So unusually quiet

Shaking their heads, they laugh.

The girl whispers softly ...

Question. Was H. Heine Fritz? However, no, because he is with Jude.

I haven't received her letters lately. And in one of the last, the phrase slipped through: "I found myself a partner for playing chess and agreed to take English lessons ..."

Well, I'm not small and I know from WHICH end of asparagus is eaten. It looks like she won't wait for me, even if I live.

18.06.42

Adka often writes that he loves and waits.

Madly missed my wife and child.

22.10.42

Soon it will be a year of frontline life, I think to mark this event by joining the party. It's time. Of course, I will not be such a principled Bolshevik as Mosya, whose qualities Adka admired so much, but I will probably be able to fulfill my duty and die for my country, if need be.

7.11.42.

We listen to Comrade Stalin's speech on the radio: “End the war in 1942.

10.11.42

I read the report and the order of Comrade Stalin - there is not a word about the end of the war in 42. And about the second front in Europe it is said that it "will be, sooner or later, but it will be."

I'm going to Ada in Kazan.

So, my daughter is a wonderful girl. Lively, cheerful, continuous movement and laughter. Bright eyes. "Favorite" - Adkin's father calls her.

In the fall of 1943, Adochka went to Saratov for a short time to see Zhenya, where he was recalled as a chemical specialist in connection with the construction of the Saratov-Moscow gas pipeline.

From the diary:

1.05.44 - Saratov

The old hostess treated me to potatoes fried in American lard. We drank tea with American sugar. The question is involuntarily imposed: what would happen if? .. It is difficult to pronounce.

05/30/44 - Saratov

Today my watch was stolen on the tram (a gift from Adka). An hour later, I took them away from the thief, who sold them for 1,500 rubles.

And here is one of the letters from 1943:

I congratulate you on the holiday, on the capture of Kiev, so successfully timed to coincide with the 26th anniversary.

I have not received any news from you since my departure and I know nothing about your affairs. Interest and impatience are understandable. As I expected, so it happened - your arrival, such a short stay, only exacerbated the feeling of loneliness ... Maybe you should use every minute of your life to be together? After all, these minutes are also not so many, and it's a pity if they pass in anticipation of real life, but in general I firmly believe in a better future and, in particular, in an early date in Moscow ... Maybe my letter will not find you in Kazan ? It would be nice, because it increases the chances of a date. I myself, apparently, will be in Moscow at the end of November.

The annual plan was fulfilled by November 7 and for the holiday I received 1 liter of vodka, which I will not drink. That's all for now.

It is a pity that you do not write - it makes life much more difficult. For the rest, know that I love you.

EUGENE V. ERYOMIN

RAW FOOD. PHYSIOLOGY.

Leading: Raw foodists do not accept animal proteins. That is, they do not eat meat, fish, seafood. And vegetables and fruits, according to their philosophy, should not undergo any heat treatment.

Eremin: A raw food eater who has already settled in this diet, maybe, having eaten two or three apples, forget about food until the day after tomorrow.

Leading: It was once thought that a raw food diet was inferior. The body does not receive the required amount of animal proteins. However, recent studies have shown that animal protein, with proper nutrition, comes in the right amount. Just like cow, camel or elephant. They, after all, do not eat meat either. But their muscle mass is growing for some reason. And the thing is that the eaten vegetation grows in the stomach with beneficial bacteria.

A cow can eat up to 70 kg per day. hay, which generates in the stomach up to 5 kg. beneficial bacteria, which she then assimilates. That is, a cow can receive up to 5 kg daily. pure animal protein.

Eremin: It turns out such a hidden predation. All herbivores live by this principle. And elephants, and giraffes, and camels, which eat the same camel thorn in their entire life.

Leading: The first raw food restaurant was opened in the USA in 1917. It successfully existed until the outbreak of World War II. Official science and pharmaceuticals actively fought against raw foodists, whose slogan "Life without diseases and drugs" could harm business. That is, to reduce the sales of tablets and other chemicals. Business won.

The second surge in the raw food diet occurred in the 60s of the last century. Shops for vegetarians and raw foodists have sprung up in America. This was due to the interest of the general public in the popular "hippie" movement, which preached unity with nature and opposed the killing of animals and the use of their meat for food.

Then scientific articles appeared that thermally processed food is poison, since all the beneficial bacteria are killed in it, and the bad bacteria, on the contrary, multiply intensively.

Eugene is 40 years old. For four years he has been fond of raw food. He says that there is one subtlety in the raw food diet - for the complete assimilation of animal protein in the form of bacteria, the raw foodist must eat no more than once a day. Better yet, no more than twice a week.

Eremin: If we exercise discipline and do not eat ahead of time, then these bacteria freeze and are absorbed in the small intestine in the form of high-quality protein. That is, in a raw foodist, although he does not eat anything from an animal, he assimilates food of animal origin every day. In the form of bacteria. It is high quality food because nobody killed it. Because, it's kind of done. This is, as it were, invented by God. And, most importantly, do not violate this!

Leading: Eugene, let's remember how it all began. That is, why did you suddenly come to such a diet, unconventional for society. At least nutritionally for most people.

Let's start with what you ate like everyone else. Right?

Eremin: Yes of course. But I've always had a so-called search. That is, when I ate traditionally, like everyone else, anyway, when there was any information about a balanced diet, I tried to study this issue. For some reason I have always been interested in it, since childhood.

And all this led to the fact that 10 years ago I became a vegetarian. It just happened that way ...

Leading: So 10 years ago you decided to become a vegetarian. How old are you now?

Eremin: Forty.

Leading: Forty. That means at thirty. When a person becomes a vegetarian decides. This is something that should move him to it. Health or something else. What's in your situation? Or just, here, see what comes of it? How?

Eremin: Not. I didn’t have what you said. How was it for me? When people started to surround me with vegetarians, I did not understand, to be honest, why I needed to be a vegetarian. But, when such a situation developed that I was undergoing a two-week training course for a yoga instructor. And there was vegetarian food for two weeks. Very tasty and varied. Plus, the very activities that cleansed the body. And when I returned to a normal, ordinary atmosphere, the usual meat dishes were already tasteless.

During these two weeks, my body was cleansed at some level. Later I realized what had happened. Naturally, the taste and smell of meat dishes did not satisfy me. And so the meat left my life. Then, in the same way, I felt that I was burdened by fish and chicken. And, observing what is happening, for their sensations, after eating these products, this analysis led to the fact that something changed in the mind. And then I just didn't want it. There was no rejection of meat. It was only later, when meat, fish, eggs completely disappeared from my diet (I had milk in my diet), the question arose about morality, that these were products of murder, violence, something harsh. But at first there was a reluctance to eat it, simply. It went away by itself. Easy! Effortlessly without anything.

Leading: But was it connected with the fact that you took up yoga, some kind of oriental philosophies?

Eremin: Of course, it influenced. Yoga practice, because yoga leads to the fact that more attention is directed inward and there is an opportunity to observe your thoughts. And this is the key to any change!

Plus, those practices that are studied in yoga, they just do what is called "general cleaning of consciousness", namely, in memory. Because it is in memory that all programs are written, literally imprinted. And if you do not get rid of these programs, then no changes will occur in life.

That is, there is a program about tastes. Imprinted in memory of tastes. About some dishes. And until this is eradicated, it is very difficult to change something in nutrition.

Leading: That is, you need to, as it were, erase the flash drive?

Eremin: Yes. But since it is in the computer, you cannot erase it. There should be enough work in one direction. For a long time. Work, work and work! And then, suddenly, you find that you are doing some kind of practice. I must say right away that they are associated with breathing, with holding the breath.

For myself, I have chosen the program of the organization "Art of Living". You can find them on the Internet. They are in every city in Russia. But in the world, in 150 countries of the world, these breathing practices are taught. And with the help of these breathing practices, you can put things in order in your consciousness. It is in the mind, in the memory. That is, with the help of the mind, put things in order in the memory, in the intellect. In order to figure it out, finally. To understand what "Ego" is, you need to devote some time to this. And then, all the remaining time to devote to putting it in place. Learn to manage it. And this greatly helped in knowledge, in faith.

Leading: That is, you ended up in this community and tried vegetarian food. You liked her. And then how did you decide to switch to fruits in general, in general? Or how was it?

Eremin: Not. Everything was good for me, everything was fine. I have learned to cook myself very tasty vegetarian meals. And the "Theory of Balanced Nutrition", it was still present, because proteins are desirable, which cannot be canceled in any way. And I drank milk. I bought real milk from the peasants. I made various fermented milk products from it, which I consumed, and was in quite good physical shape. But, four years ago (how did I come to a raw food diet?) I began to study the works of Vadim Zeland "Reality Transfer" and in one of the chapters called "Live Kitchen" it says about a raw food diet, I read that there is a certain way of eating - a raw food diet. This is exactly what gives energy. And it wasn't these words that hooked me. I was hooked by the fact that he says that “a raw food eater who has already settled in this diet, maybe, having eaten two or three apples, forget about food until the day after tomorrow.

That got me very hooked! Because since childhood I was tormented by such a question: "Why should we have breakfast, lunch and dinner? Is it really so?" I even asked my parents. Mom reassured me: "Don't worry! Soon they will come up with some kind of pill, like the astronauts, which we will eat and we will no longer remember about food."

And then I read these lines. I very strongly believed in this and began to study this topic. My woman began to study this topic and she found and started sending me materials on this topic. I've read them. And also there were such teachers as Raisin, the so-called, in one Internet community one "Raisin" is called. This is such a raw foodist. Athlete. Works with very heavy weight. And he, too, has come a long way in understanding how to eat well. And in the end he came to a raw food diet. Eating, literally, a few apples a day, he trains, lifts heavy barbells. Every day, morning and evening, he is in training.

And when I read Raisin's confession, it turned everything in me. What I considered to be some kind of value, balanced nutrition, it all cracked and collapsed. I, after all this, literally a week later, switched to a raw food diet. It was just New Year's Eve. That is, I sat down at the New Year's table with the consciousness of a raw foodist. True, I had to eat salads. I ate a lot of them, because I could not eat, out of habit.

That's how I became a raw foodist. And now for four years (not to say that it was easy), but over these four years I have revised all the concepts related to nutrition and can now clearly explain why now, eating only vegetables and fruits, raw, in their original form, a person has an organized supply of all nutrients, including protein, with essential amino acids, with B vitamins, namely B 12, and so on. That is, it is all scientifically explained.

In the process of a raw food diet, I wanted to take a nutritional course. I am at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, at the medical faculty, there are annual advanced training courses for nutritionists in nutrition. Nutritionology is the science of the cell. That is, this science is about cellular nutrition, about how to feed the cell, cleanse the cell, and how it generally works. And our body consists of cells.

And I took this course with interest. And we had such powerful discussions with the teachers. The teachers there are so advanced, in my opinion. Why? Because they have such a high status in medicine and in spite of this they have turned their backs on medicine and teach nutrition. That is, they propose to treat the body not with chemical components, but with herbs. There are healing properties of herbs, all of this has been noticed for centuries, and there are naturalistic companies that make parapharmaceuticals from these herbs. That is, it is in properties like pharmaceuticals, but they are without side effects, because they are naturally based.

Nutritionists (I do not count myself among them) also have certain concepts. Had to wrestle a bit with these concepts during this course.

I had the opportunity at recess to approach the teachers and discuss.

We must give him credit that he admitted that he misunderstood a lot. I got respect after all this.

And, understanding these details, especially with such people, with the medical professors, my conclusions ripened, which I shared with the same professors, and received confirmation that this is the case.

Where, in general, does all this come from? It would seem strange, because there is nothing in apples, nothing in oranges, which is called essential amino acids. And it's very strange where do they come from? And, if this topic is specifically led (a little from the outside now we will go to this issue), then we all know what microflora is and that it is very important to have a very good microflora. And if, suddenly, dysbiosis begins, then this must be treated, because it will not lead to anything good. And he is being treated. Different ways. Probiotics. Bacteria. Actively cleanse the intestines. And everyone knows about it.

But, no one knows where the dysbiosis comes from! What happens that we have bisbacteriosis? And when you ask a question to doctors, for some reason it is impossible to hear any answer from them.

And to understand this, it's very simple, let's take, for example, sauerkraut. Why sauerkraut? Because we all know what it is. We all know how to do it. What it is? That is, we finely chopped the cabbage, put it in a barrel, and crushed it with a stone. The juice was excreted with salt. And this cabbage stood for three to five days, bacteria multiply in it. The bacteria that were on the surface of the leaves of this cabbage. And these bacteria are friendly. We know about this, because eating this cabbage - we only benefit from it.

Conclusion: raw, not heat-treated food, only bacteria friendly to us are in the teeth. And any heat-treated food is in the teeth only for putrefactive bacteria, which poison everything around them.

And if we have at least a small amount of heat-treated food in our diet, this putrefactive microflora will reach the intestines, which begins to multiply there and poisons our body with its waste products.

And if there is a source of bad breath, from the armpits, socks that have not been replaced in time begin to smell precisely because something is constantly rotting in our intestines. It is not digested and ferments, but rots! And this is the main source of human disease, which is called "old age". And all the other diseases that medicine presents to us in the form of certain names are just a side effect of the most important disease. And, it is worth stopping the putrefactive processes in the intestines, then these diseases begin to be cured, let's say. There is a clear recovery and rejuvenation.

Leading: Well, the body itself removes these diseases.

Eremin: Yes Yes. As if not that the body itself removes them, cleans them. Immunity blooms. If we are talking about immunity, then immune cells can live only in a weakly alkaline environment. And if we are talking about boiled food, then our body becomes very acidic. In an acidic environment, it is very difficult for the immune system to show its normal activity.

Now about the real, so to speak, balanced nutrition. We already know that bacteria are a very important part of our digestion. But here, too, there is a small subtlety, which is not something that they do not pay attention to, but lead us aside, calling these bacteria microflora. That is, we have microflora. But in fact, it is not microflora, but microfauna. Bacteria are micro animals, not micro plants. It is very important! And now we will understand why.

Now I will talk about three sources of nutrients in the body.

But first, I'll tell you how the cow's digestive system works. This is very significant, because she has several sections of the stomach there.

But first, one example. When I was studying at RUDN University, one teacher there said: "Guys, do not trust vegetarians. Because if there are no animal proteins in the diet, then a person cannot be healthy, by definition." That is, there are no animal proteins in plant foods. And it can't be. And they definitely need them.

I approached him at recess and said: "Yes, I agree with you that we need animal proteins. Therefore, you suggest drinking milk, eating beef liver and other animal products. But, please explain to me where they came from. beef, from a cow, if she eats only grass? Why should we eat the flesh of this unfortunate cow in order to get animal protein and not figure out where it all came from? If we figure it out, then maybe we also use the same method to replenish this diet? Then we will have it all! Since it is in the meat of a cow, it means it is in my "meat" too, in theory, it should be.

We started to develop this discussion. I shared with him the knowledge that I had read in Pavel Sebastianovich's book "Why cows are predators". And there the concept is clearly revealed that cows, in fact, are not herbivores. They are, in fact, predators. And the cow has five kilograms of animal food in its diet every day. How?

She manages to chew all the grass eaten, about 70 kg per day, and swallows it in the first section of the stomach. It's easy, without any digestive juices. It's warm and wet there. And there this herbal gruel is in very good conditions in which bacteria multiply. And about five kilograms of such bacteria are formed there per day. What does a cow do at night? Why was she nicknamed the ruminant? She stands in the stall, regurgitates this lump of food. Chews it again. It sucks out all the liquid from this herbal mass. Swallows this liquid with bacteria into the main digestive system. There, under the action of acids, all bacteria die and are absorbed in the small intestine in the form of high-quality protein, with all the amino acids and vitamins of group B. And it swallows this grass mass back, as it were, to ferment. And all night she is engaged in sucking this liquid with bacteria, along with juices, naturally. There are also many nutrients. Silicon and so on ...

But most importantly, she has about five kilograms of food of animal origin per day through the bacteria that she multiplies. It turns out such hidden predation. And all herbivores live by this principle. And elephants, and giraffes, and camels, which eat the same camel thorn in their entire life. With their powerful teeth, they grind this thorn into a gruel. And they swallow this gruel. And inside there, in this fiber, bacteria multiply. And he assimilates these bacteria, this camel. And from these bacteria humps of fat accumulate. Latent greediness. They multiply bacteria inside themselves, so that they can then be assimilated as food. Of course, they themselves do not even suspect, of course, that they are hidden predators.

Now, let's move on to our digestive system. We, it seems, are not cows, and we do not have two stomachs. How do we organize our meals to provide everything we need in our diet? So, there are three sources of nutrient intake. I'm talking about the raw food diet.

Let's take, say, half a kilo of some fruit. Let's say apples. Chew thoroughly. You need to chew very carefully, because there are enzymes in the salivary glands that break down complex sugars into simpler sugars. And all the starches that are found in fruits, they also process them into sugars.

These sugars are converted into glucose in the liver. And glucose is the source of nutrition for all cells. And all the cell needs is just glucose. Well, plus other building materials for building these cells. But the body needs glucose to feed it!

It is very important to chew food for a long, long time and thoroughly in order to have time to break down more complex sugars into smaller ones. Then, we swallow it and in the small parts of the intestine all this begins to be absorbed. In the liver it turns into glucose and the level of glucose in our blood rises to normal. Everything that is above the norm begins to rise - all this is archived into glycogen. All this is known from medicine.

Glycogen is a molecule of ……. One glycogen molecule contains 20,000 glucose molecules. That is, it is such an energy archiver. And the portal of glycogen, where it is stored, is the liver and muscle tissue.

When blood glucose levels begin to drop, a special hormone is released that begins to break down glycogen into glucose. And the sugar level is thus maintained.

In the courses where we studied all this, I asked the teacher: "Why is glycogen archived and for how long? Do, like those camels, we accumulate this energy, say, for the winter? Does not glycogen accumulate until the next meal? "

I was told that the accumulation goes until the next meal, and not a month in advance. That is, having eaten something, developed glucose, assimilated it, it is important to wait until glycogen is consumed. And while glycogen is not consumed, you cannot eat. It takes one to two or three days to use up glycogen. It's minimum. I tested this on myself and practice it regularly. Two or three days of hunger and hunger are not felt.

Why is this happening? Because you measure your sugar level, but sugar is normal. 5.5. And that explains everything.

And when I say this to the teacher, there is a pause, because before that he explained and advised that you need to eat a little, but often, 5-6 times a day, so that the liver constantly dominates bile. To avoid stagnation in the bile ducts. And here it turns out, if his logic is to accept that glycogen is until the next meal, then it turns out that you need to eat two or three times a week, and not two or three times a day, as we were taught. This also breaks all these principles.

Next, what happens when glycogen runs out, is used up? That food lump, from it all sweet was absorbed in the small intestine and it goes into the large intestine. And this is the fiber that seemed insoluble. And fiber, as you know, is nutrition for microorganisms. Microfauna, you can correctly name it. And this microfauna pounces on this fiber and begins to eat and multiply it. And we know how bacteria multiply very quickly. We all saw how the dough rises on the bread. You beat it up, and it rises, oh, how quickly ...

So in the large intestine, all this multiplies rapidly. But when they eat whatever they can eat, what happens? The dough, if we don't bake it today, will not rise by tomorrow. Because we have already eaten everything nutritious and they can no longer multiply there. And the same thing happens in the intestines. In the absence of food, bacteria begin to colonize the small intestine (and that food lump by this time should already leave us in a natural way), and if we show discipline and do not eat ahead of time, then these bacteria die out and are absorbed in the small intestine in the form of high-quality squirrel.

That is, a raw foodist, although he does not eat anything animal, but every day he assimilates food of animal origin in the form of bacteria. This is high quality food. Nobody killed her. It's all invented by God. The main thing is not to violate this regime. This source is the third most valuable source of nutrition.

Basically, I understand people who call themselves pranoed. I see their nutritional principle a little differently. I 100% believe that this is possible. The only problem is the consciousness that needs to be prepared for this. Because the habit is to eat, to chew, to enjoy the tastes from it. And yet, it is used as an anti-stress measure. This is all to change and, in principle. we don't need food, it turns out. Why? Because these bacteria are friendly to us, after we have made efforts to cleanse the intestines of pathogenic microflora, what will they eat if we do not consume any fiber? They will feed on our own dead cells, which die off every day and, with the help of the lymphatic system, are washed into the intestines.

And bacteria feed on this biological material, process it, the population of these bacteria also grows dying, dying off and we assimilate these bacteria. That is, such a closed exchange of amino acids is obtained. This is the first moment.

The second point - it's not a secret for anyone that bacteria are nitrogen assimilating. Not all, but there are those who assimilate nitrogen. The entire surface of the skin is covered with bacteria, mucous membranes, lungs, larynx. Inhaling air, we saturate our body not only with oxygen, but with all gases, including nitrogen.

This nitrogen feeds on bacteria. Nitrogen is a building material for plants among these bacteria, from which they manage to release protein and everything that they need for life. And all this is understandable.

The only thing that can prevent this is the habit of our mind to be out of the present moment, experiencing stress. That is, we either worry about the future, or we remember the past and drag all the negative from there at the present moment. Plus, we have a number of programs in our memory that, at the click of a finger, are launched from external stimuli and we start to get nervous or violently rejoice, while we literally waste our energy in a fountain!

And here a serious, namely, spiritual work is needed to keep the mind in the present moment and maintain order in memory. That is, so that the mind becomes a gardener and literally weeds out all the weeds from memory. And he made sure that no new weeds sprout.

This is the abstract spirituality that a person should have. And if such a spiritual event happens, then that's it, we no longer need food, because everything is already enough. It is in this that I see the mechanism for ensuring life among the world famous pranoedists.

Predators also do not have everything as we imagine it. I had an idea that they eat animal food and it is a source of high quality protein for them. This is partly true. But! Take the wolf. It's no secret that the wolf feeds once every two weeks. His diet is like this. And when he overtakes his victim, he literally stuffs his stomach.

But he doesn't carry it in his stomach for two weeks. Due to the fact that predators have a very short intestine, all this eaten mass leaves it after six hours. In six hours, in principle, the entire enzyme system is not able to assimilate some proteins. That is, it is impossible to disassemble the fibers of muscle tissue to amino acids in such a period.

What does he do. My version doesn't seem to represent the truth. In my opinion, all this eaten mass, passing through the intestines, gives off glucose and glycogen. Thus, the wolf receives glucose and glycogen from the herbivore and lives on this for the next two weeks. In my opinion, this is logical.

Leading: I talked with wolf trainers and was very surprised then. They say that wolves' favorite treats are tomatoes and watermelon. I do not exclude that if wolves are fed such food from childhood, he will feel normal. But, let's summarize. Tell me whether I understood you correctly or not. That a person who lives a raw food diet has protein, which is formed as a result of the appearance of friendly bacteria from food that has fiber and sugar. And these bacteria are the protein that our body lacks.

Eremin: Yes, but there is one big "BUT". To assimilate these bacteria, you need to create some conditions. We, like a cow, do not have two stomachs, where we can multiply these bacteria in one section, and assimilate in the other.

We have one intestine. And therefore, the gaps between the food eaten should be large.

This is from the experience of many observations of raw foodists. Many raw foodists have health problems. Why? Because they eat separately! They start eating in the morning and finish by evening. They literally drive huge amounts of fruits, vegetables, nuts through their intestines. And they still lose weight, do not feel well, they are pale. Why? Because bacteria cannot be absorbed by them! They multiply and go out with feces. To assimilate them, the intestines must be empty!

That is, you ate this food, chewed it, assimilated sugar. It's great! But the fiber must allow bacteria to multiply. Then this fiber is released, and in the empty intestine, these multiplied bacteria begin to die out and be absorbed in the form of protein.

If we constantly eat something, then the bacteria will constantly feed on these eaten and, of course, that no freezing of bacteria occurs there. It is important for us that the huge population of bacteria begins to decline due to lack of nutrition. To do this, you need to eat two to three times a week. I'm kidding, of course, but there is a lot of truth in this joke.

But, if this does not work out due to consciousness, or habit, then you need to get a second stomach, like a cow. I came up with it in a three-liter can. I make cabbage kvass in it.

I grinded cabbage in a blender, without any salt. It fermented naturally. I squeezed this liquid through a sieve. And drank freshly fermented cabbage juice diluted with water. And this is the source of those very friendly bacteria. This is if it is impossible to eat rarely.

I also have moments when I leave that regime, due to travel, some stress, and I have to get bacteria from the outside. Kvass.

We have recently developed herbal kvass. From ordinary hay, which we soak for a day in hot water at a temperature of 40 degrees. All this needs to be well covered, like a steam room, in a blanket. And in a day you get such a good infusion, herbal tea from meadow herbs.

When I lived in Irkutsk, there were no problems with meadow grasses, villages nearby. And in Moscow this is more difficult. But we came up with the idea of \u200b\u200bbuying hay for rabbits at pet stores. There is even hay from the alpine meadows, if you believe what it says. And from it, too, a fairly good herbal infusion is obtained. It also ferments in a day, literally. And you can drink it too. You can also add cranberries, rose hips, for a change.

And this, in principle, should be the main source of bacteria for any type of diet.

And if we talk about medical purposes, then I can say that I lead people with difficult diagnoses, for example, oncology and the like. Every now and then I see tremendous health effects. Here is a recent case, Valentin, for 49 days of feeding on such fermented kvass, cabbage and herbal, the most powerful cleansing took place there, as a result of which he jumped out of the fourth stage into the second stage of oncology, where the doctors no longer insisted on surgery. In there, it was previously discussed how to remove part of the intestine with the prospect of walking with a container on the belt for the rest of his life.

Leading: Our people read very little. There are, after all, already known methods of 30-day, or even less, fasting. On broths. Already hundreds of people have recovered ... There a special protein is produced, which this cancer eats. And here, since the body itself begins to eat itself, then first of all, it begins to eat the tumors that it does not need. And that's how it recovers.

Eremin: Yes, dysfunctional cells.

Leading: All clear. Thank you, Eugene.
